Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Summit AI Training. By accessing our website at summitaitraining.com, booking our services, or participating in any of our training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who engages with Summit AI Training in any capacity.

Services

Summit AI Training, operated by Tyson Cottam and based in Utah, provides AI training and consulting services for businesses. Our offerings include:

  • In-person and virtual AI training workshops
  • Half-day and full-day intensive training sessions
  • Ongoing monthly coaching and support
  • Custom prompt libraries tailored to your team's workflows
  • Recorded sessions for future reference and team onboarding

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of our services at any time. If we make changes that affect a service you have already booked, we will notify you in advance and work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Booking and Payment

All engagements begin with a free strategy call, booked through our scheduling partner Cal.com. During this call, we will discuss your team's needs and recommend the right training package.

Our current training packages are:

  • AI Kickstart — $2,500
  • Half-Day Deep Dive — $5,000
  • Full-Day Transformation — $9,500
  • Ongoing Coaching — $3,000/month

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will be the price honored for your engagement. Specific payment terms, including invoicing schedule and accepted payment methods, will be agreed upon during the booking process.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date but are not eligible for a refund. For Ongoing Coaching engagements, either party may end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, custom prompt libraries, presentation slides, frameworks, and other content created or provided by Summit AI Training remain our intellectual property.

When you purchase a training package, we grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials for internal purposes. This means your team can use, reference, and build upon the materials within your organization.

However, you may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share our materials publicly without prior written permission from Summit AI Training. If you would like to share our materials beyond your organization, just reach out and we are happy to discuss it.

Recorded Sessions

Training sessions may be recorded and provided to your organization as part of the package. These recordings are intended solely for your organization's internal training and onboarding purposes.

Recordings may not be posted publicly, shared on social media, uploaded to public video platforms, or distributed to anyone outside of your organization without our written consent. We want you to get maximum value from the recordings within your team, but please respect the boundaries of internal use.

Confidentiality

We take your trust seriously. Any business information, workflows, processes, or proprietary details shared during our training sessions will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your specific information to other clients or third parties.

We may reference the engagement in general terms for marketing purposes, such as describing our work with "a Utah-based technology company" or "a financial services firm." We will never name your organization or share identifiable details without your permission. If you would prefer that we not reference your engagement at all, just let us know and we will honor that request.

Limitation of Liability

Our training is educational in nature. We provide tools, techniques, strategies, and hands-on practice to help your team work more effectively with AI. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings, as results depend on how your team applies what they learn.

Summit AI Training is not responsible for how AI tools are used by your team after the training is complete. We encourage responsible and ethical AI use in accordance with your organization's policies and applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit AI Training's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every client to walk away feeling the training was well worth the investment. If you are not satisfied with a workshop or training session, please contact us within 7 days of the session.

We will work with you to understand what fell short and make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include additional follow-up support, supplementary materials, or a partial refund at our discretion. Our goal is a positive outcome for both sides.
